beginning, we, at Sutter Place Interiors, have put
emphasis on personal attention and happy, satisfied
clients. We do that by assisting with all phases of
a project and by paying attention to the details. Whether
the job consists of a new home construction project,
a remodel, redecorate, or simply color consultation,
our design staff is qualified and anxious to make the
experience pleasant and memorable.
Sutter Place Interiors began in this same location
in the spring of 1973. The years have brought many
changes to the company. What began as a wall covering
and custom window treatment studio has developed
into a full service design center with case goods
and upholstered furniture resources, carpet, tile,
home accessories, artwork, custom bedding, and lighting
to mention a few.

SPI provides consultation for new builds or remodel
projects from blueprint stage to move in time. Consultation
with our designers can help you avoid permanent mistakes
and costly changes and delays.
Blue Print
Review
SPI assists you in the
stage by suggesting details for Lighting, Architectural
Accents, etc.to
reflect your personal tastes.
Interiors
SPI will coordinate all
interior selections throughout the building process
(i.e. plumbing fixtures, counter-tops,
cabinetry and hardware, lighting fixtures and placement,
fireplace design, flooring, tile,
stain & paint
colors) A list of your selection and specifications
will be sent to your builder and
you.
Remodel Consultation
SPI provides
hourly consultation for remodel projects of any size.
Hourly Consultation
SPI designers will provide
hourly consultation for any project from the
right paint color to suggesting
an alternate furniture arrangement and placement
of art.
